My work expresses the abiding beauty found in ordinary moments of life. I paint from personal photos and found images, creating a sense of nostalgia through preserving memories of things past. Though sometimes likened to photorealism, my paintings are embellished impressionistically—infused with inviting, sensuous forms, vivid colors, and fine detail.
